1. Provide the price, manager the contracts and sales orders, keep improving the work procedure and increase the work efficiency, in order to satisfy the customer’s request and desire.
2. Cooperate with the BCAP sales team, define the different level of international and domestic customers, and provide the chocolate price of BCAP (Suzhou, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia 4 plants) according to the daily raw material price. And meanwhile control the margin, to ensure the win-win of contract volume & profit.
3. Communicate with PD to build up the new products according to the requirement from the customers.
4. Communicate with global sourcing/purchasing to cut down the raw material and package cost, communicate with production to cut down the production cost.
5. Cooperate with production (planner), supply chain (shipping & warehouse) to ensure OTD.
6. Cooperate with finance to deal with the customers’ payment issues.
7. Communicate with QA about the customer’s quality complains, provide valuable solutions for customers.
8. Supply the reports of Sales analysis, and raw material market price analysis, attend the weekly management meeting to solve the issues for the customers.
9. Establish and maintain effective training for internal/external departments.
Main Achievements:
*Established the “open costing” pricing procedure for critical customers of Kraft, Unilever, Hershey & Cadbury, which improved the core competency in pricing of large-volume contracts. Meet the factory’s volume target.
*Sep 2009, with the Lejia JV (BC & Apple investment) formed, established the pricing system & contracting procedure, realized the sales target.
*Jun 2009, as part of the acquisition of Malaysia Coco factory, established & unified pricing procedure for the new Malaysia branch.
*Jan 2009, with the Japan branch formed, established Japan contract pricing procedure, and implemented it in SAP system.
*In 2009, as the global event manager of great China region for Winning Together 2009, successfully lead the event team(8 persons) and organize the local events to promote the Choc & Coco products, and gained the award from the HQ highest management team.
*Oct 2008, as the internal ISO auditor, helped BC Suzhou successfully passed the ISO 9001 audit.
*Aug 2008, during the AP HQ transition from Singapore to Suzhou, established the Asia Pacific regional pricing & contracting department in Suzhou, setup parallel running procedure of SAP(Suzhou) & Symix (Singapore) systems, keep the increasing of the customer numbers.
