what can i do

* Take charge in international repair/service coordination: communicate with headquarter or other subsidiaries for detailed repair/service information, contract issue and engineer job assignment* Assist the Manager to analyze, setup repair / service (on site) regulation and working processes,and related application form: such as defective product maintenance management procedure,Stock management procedure, Special service management procedure; Ensure the regulation & processes be well-implemented,and help A&S department overfilled service target for 2009;* Complaint management and key account customer management system establishment; Take charge in key account customer and oversea customer repair case follow up: solve the complaint case with reason and timely, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty to SICK product and service, improve team work efficiency* Responsible for periodic reports analysis and summary, such as service revenue report, departmental budget, repair report and site service report,, let management well-know A&S department status in present * Issue the process、department introduction and service business & product introduction PPT to management、other departments and VIP customer* Communicate with other departments or branches people: achieve the agreement and support of other departments or branch for over-cross process adjustment and performance;* Sales contract checking and service contract issue: advise revision of some items based on department regulation, promote chargeable service,obtain customer’s satisfaction on the technical service.* Official work follow up: different data and files management, other jobs from manager or director.
